Sir, I am interning at a firm where the environment is professional but extremely rigid-everyone works non-stop, and we can't leave our seats except for lunch. Even when there's no work, I still have to stay till 6:30 or 7, and often I feel looked down upon, which hurts my confidence. Is this kind of rigid, no-friendly-break environment normal in most firms? Even though I have done many internship but this was my corporate one. ?
